If you have a knack for building relationships with influencers and developing creative content strategies, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness,
engagement, and sales.
- Find and connect with fashion, lifestyle, and menswear influencers on platforms
like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Use tools like Creatorland and any other search & recruiting tools you have access to, to find influencers, manage campaigns,
and track success.
- Work directly with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns
with Mensuits.com’s brand.
- Keep up with influencer marketing trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of
the game.
- Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure influencer campaigns fit into our
bigger marketing plans.
- Report on campaign performance: how it’s going, what’s working, and how we
can improve.
- Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers to ensure smooth
partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate…
- You have experience in influencer marketing, social media, or something similar.
- You’re familiar with influencer search and discovery either direct on the social platforms of interest or using tools like Creatorland and GRIN, or similar platforms.
- You know your way around the fashion or menswear space and understand the
social media landscape.
- You’re great at communicating, building relationships, and negotiating deals.
- You’ve got a creative streak and can come up with content ideas that resonate.
- You’re organized and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- You’re comfortable analyzing data to figure out what’s working and what’s not.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or eCommerce industries.
- Knowledge of influencer contracts, best practices, guidelines, and compliance.
